NPX uses the most up to date, proven technology to maximise the service it can offer to its customers. Our systems are built around an SQL (structured query language) database, called CORE, that controls all data relating to our customers' shipments. |

This database is supported by a high speed VPN (virtual private network) that spans all of our branches. This network allows all users to operate as if they were in the same building on the same network. Through the use of portals this network can be expanded to anywhere internet is accessible. |

A CRM (customer relationship management) system, linked to our financial systems and CORE database allows us to focus on our customers needs by giving us the most up to date information at the press of a button. |

The core system is also linked to the internet and allows customers to track their parcels and view their PODs online.

Scanners

NPX couriers and warehouse staff are equipped with Symbol MC3000s. The MC3000 scanner is small, lightweight and rugged for applications requiring high-quality data capture and high-performance real-time computing. This unit allows the data from a customer’s parcel to be read directly from the label without the need for electronic data transfer facilities.

Customer Automation |

NPX provides software to its customers that allows them to print shipping labels from a PC. Through the use of 2 dimensional barcodes all data is encoded onto the parcel, so internet connections are not required in your warehouse. The labels can also incorporate your logo to enhance your brand image. |
